About the Handling of Personal Information by Project Hand in Hand



Project Hand in Hand is deeply aware that it is only through everyone’s support and cooperation that the project is successful, and will handle all personal information acquired through our operations as described below, in order to match the trust given to us and respect individual’s rights.

    Project Hand in Hand will take strict safety management measurements based on Project Hand in Hand’s guidelines on the protection of retained personal information and other internal company guidelines to prevent leakage of, loss or damage to personal information.

    When required as part of operations to contract the handling of personal information to a third party, Project Hand in Hand will confirm that the third party has sufficient safety measures in place before entering into a contract.
